The mares and young horses live in a herd. Each morning they leave the stall and are free to roam the paddocks.

Drum Horses are draft horses and do not need to graze all day. They need a sober diet, more roughage than protein.

 

 

 

Each afternoon the herd can be found on the big field.

There they can graze, play and run.
